We skipped a week of Thursday Night Bites, because we were all stuffing ourselves with turkey and mashed potatoes. But this week, we're back in action....in a BIG WAY.
We're tapping some fanastic Oskar Blues beers to pair with the delicious pork dishes of the Roaming Hog food truck.
The main event is Barrel-Aged Ten Fidy, Oskar's stellar imperial stout that spent eight months chilling out in bourbon barrels. Our main bud Kevin from Oskar will be out to share in the festivities as well.
Rumor has it something special from the cellar might get tapped as well. Better swing by and find out for yourself, just in case.
