Join Jac and Corie as they guide you in an energizing and balancing flow. An all levels 60 minute class combining breath and movement to wake up the body and relax the mind. Have you ever felt off balance, either mentally or physically?

Yoga teaches us to embrace both forms of balance as a means to leading a healthy and fulfilling life. As yoga instructors and beer/wine connoisseurs we find harmony in putting the two together.

After class enjoy a cold one from PRTR's rotating selection, your ticket includes any beer under $8 on the menu. Hang out inside with Alan or outside on the picnic tables in the beer garden for the community social.
