On Wednesday, April 13th, we're getting together with Off Color Brewing and hosting a beer and cheese pairing here at PRTR.

We'll have four excellent Off Color beers, Bare Bear and Scurry Nitro, Fierce and Alfalfa Kang.  We'll also have four cheeses selected from our friends at Preservation Bread and Wine in Geneva.

We'll discuss flavor profiles as well as the benefits of complimenting against the benefits of contrasting pairings.

We will be closed to the public.  Ticket holders will have a casual reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.  This will allow them to relax, grab a beer and get to know everyone.  We'll begin the event at 7 p.m.
