Our mobile oven is a real wood-fired brick oven on wheels and our food truck is a complete pizzeria featuring a Stefano Ferraro oven imported directly from Italy.  Our pizza is hand-crafted using all-natural dough, hand made sauce, fresh mozzarella, and tasty toppings.  We cook gourmet pizzas in just over a minute with our wood fired brick ovens.
