About the Boss

Not all pizzas are created equal. There are a lot of parts that go into making a neopolitan pizza.  The Italian tradition and art of making a pizza is like life: Most importantly, it all needs balance.  You get out of it what you put into it. We choose to use excellent, all natural ingredients.

It's our mission to pour our love of pizza and everything Italian into every thing we create for you. Italian Street Food is coming to Chicago and The Boss is bringing it, Eat Accordingly!
