Well, it's time for you guys to use a vacation day for us again!  We've gathered some friends that we think you'd like to hang out with. 

On Thursday, October 1st, we have four special guests for your märzen-drinking pleasure!

Surly has Surlyfest all lined up for you.  It's not a traditional German-style Oktoberfest.  They want to be up front about that.  Surlyfest is brewed with three different types of rye and dry-hopped with a healthy dose of Sterling hops.  It's a fun one, that's for sure.

Half Acre will be hanging out and so will Lager Town.  Lager Town is a clean, smooth festival crusher that's perfect for a night like this one.

Solemn Oath and Oktöberface round-out the lineup.  This Oktoberfest lager has a little extra hop character to compliment the velvety smooth malt bill.  It also has a umlaut in the name so yeah...it's pretty, serious.

We're pulling out our friend Bertram the Penguin on this one.  We are flightless for the evening.  Flights are an inappropriate way to celebrate Oktoberfest!

This shouldn't be missed under any circumstance.  May we recommend carpooling?  This is going to be a blast!
