Plank Road Tap Room's love of penguins is well documented.  They're adorable, dignified, and signify that we aren't pouring flights for an event.

When we heard that Revolution had a pale ale called Penguin Hops that benefits the Shedd Aquarium, we felt that we needed to be a part of it!

Penguin Hops is an approachable pale, brewed with hops grown in the Shedd Aquarium gardens.

On Thursday, October 29th, we'll be tapping Penguin Hops and sending a dollar from every pint to the Shedd Aquarium.

Please come in and drink a delicious beer named after amazing animals, utilizing locally grown hops, that supports a treasured Chicago learning center.
