We made it through year one and we did it with a lot of help from our friends.

Without the support of our friends in beer and friends like you, sitting at our bar, none of this would be possible.  On that note, we bring you our anniversary kickoff party:

This Sunday at NOON we're getting together for a little soiree and want you there with us.  Our great friends at Penrose and Solemn Oath will be on hand to help us celebrate with enthusiasm and (far more importantly) good beer.

 We will also unveil our Penrose/Solemn Oath/Plank Road Tap Room Anniversary Collaboration beer, "Dead Serious, Amigo".

The brewing of "Dead Serious, Amigo" was an amazing experience and opportunity given to us by Penrose and SOB.   Alan was able to hang out with Tom Korder and Paul Schneider and do their brewing bidding for a few hours.  The result is a brett-conditioned petit brown sour that we're all pretty excited to share with all of you.
