We are happy to host an evening that will feature five Goose Island beers of varying styles. 

We will be featuring...

No Collar: This helles lager, brewed in collaboration with Chicago artist Chance the Rapper, is balanced, refreshing and approachable.

Sofie: Sofie is a Belgian-style farmhouse ale that has been aged in wine barrels with orange zest, giving it peppery notes along with a citrus flavor and a champagne-like light effervescence.

The Ogden: Named after the city's first mayor, this Belgian-style tripel is hopped with Citra, Brewer's Gold and Saaz hops creating a complex and bold aromas and flavors.

Matilda Lambicus: This Belgian-style pale is a based on Matilda, part of he Vintage Series.  This version went through a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces Lambicus.  The result is a deeper complexity than Matilda with funky, fruity aromas and a pleasant acidity.

Bourbon County Brand Barleywine (2013):  This staple of the Bourbon County Brand is a hearty English-style barleywine aged in third-use bourbon barrels.  Oak, char, vanilla and tobacco notes are all noticeable in this well-rounded sipper.
