One of our most popular ticketed events is back...it's time to pair beer and cheese once again.

This time around, we're partnering with our friends from Allagash Brewing Company to pair four beers with four exquisite cheeses from Geneva's Preservation Bread & Wine.  Few breweries create such perfect beers for this type of pairing...they're delicate, balanced, refined, and will work wonders with the cheeses we've picked out.

The four beers we'll be pairing include:

1. White: Witbier
2. Tripel: Belgian Strong Golden Ale
3. Little Brett: American Wild Ale
4. Aventereux: Belgian Style Stout Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels.

We'll start the evening with a reception from 5pm-7pm so that you can relax after work and settle in.  Pairing service will begin at 7pm.  Representatives from Allagash will be on site to discuss their brewery and beers while Alan explains the cheeses and why each pairing was selected.
