Season one, episode two of Thursday Night Flights is already upon us, and it's a doozy. 

We'll be tapping Firestone Walker's Helldorado, a blonde barleywine with a ton of complex character.  Not for the light-hearted!

With it, we'll be featuring our friends at the Roaming Hog food truck!  Eddie and Jon never disappoint with their pork dishes, and this night will be no different. 

Our suggested pairings for Helldorado include the Pork on Naan, as well as the Mac and Cheese Fritters. Both are rich and flavorful enough to hold up to the powerful juju of a barleywine, and Helldorado's high ABV and balance of sweetness and hopiness should help cut through those rich and creamy textures.
