The Bière Du Jour: CONQUEST

Originally released on August 22nd of 2015, Conquest is the fourth collaboration of the "Seven Seals" series.  This Belgian-style tripel with cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, vanilla and cinnamon was brewed with Patrick Rue of The Bruery.

Alan & Jeremy just opened a bottle and found that it has aged beautifully.  Some observations: clear and clean, a beautiful sweet aroma with a little bit of Belgian yeast ester, a very well-balanced and tasteful amount of flavor from the coconut, cinnamon and vanilla, and it drinks like a beer with a  lower ABV.

We will also have Scareball Imperial Pilsner and Wreckagemaster Double IPA.  

Solemn Oath is one of our favorites.  They're one of your favorites.  Toasty-freakin' Cheese will be in the house.  Stop pretending you're busy that night.  

A NOTE ON PARKING:

Parking is limited at the tap room and IS NOT ALLOWED along Plank Road or at the Pingree Grove Fire District Station across the street. You will be fined and towed if you park in either location. If our lot is full, so is our tap room.

As always, we encourage carpooling, dropoffs, or taking a cab/Uber.
