To celebrate our third year, we have partnered with two of our dearest friends for a rustic beer dinner.
Drew and the good folks at Half Acre Beer Co. will provide us with five amazing beers to compliment the delicious dinner provided by Garrett and our friends at Nobel House in Geneva. The pairings and schedule are as follows (subject to change, but probably not):
We'll have an opening reception/meet and greet featuring cans of Pony Pilsner.
At 7, we will begin our first course. We've paired Daisy Cutter Pale Ale cans with a Late Summer Salad of sungold tomatoes, crispy pear, blueberry, curly kale, red leaf, aged blue cheese and a roasted red onion vinaigrette.
We'll move on to Double Daisy Cutter which is paired with Citrus-Smoked Porchetta with Papaya and Jicama Salad.
During our main course of Jamaican Jerk Fried Chicken and Waffles with Pineapple Pico and Local Honey will be served with pours of Deep Space Double IPA.
Dessert will be a surprise for our birthday. We'll have Bourbon Barrel-Aged Big Hugs Imperial Coffee Stout ready to go for this pairing.
This four course, five beer, family-style rustic dinner is a great way to kickoff our anniversary weekend. We'll be dining under the evening sky in a tent in our beer garden. The lawn will be closed-off to non-ticket holders that night, as will the specialty beers.
Tickets are on sale to the public starting MONDAY, AUGUST 14TH at 2 p.m. We have a very limited amount of them, so don't hesitate.
Tickets are $67 plus tax, which includes five beers, delicious food and a fun CANniversary celebration. We are accepting reservations starting Monday, August 14th at the tap room. You may secure your seats for $20/ea. and pay for the remainder after dinner. Reservations are non-refundable, so please know that you have the date free. No one likes empty chairs. We will not accept reservations via phone or online dibsies.
We're excited to share our anniversary with our friends at Half Acre and Nobel House, our staff and, most importantly, you folks. We've appreciated our last three years with you and hope for even more.
Cheers!
