Join us on Friday as we tap a really fun wild ale and a few other beers from Penrose Brewing.

A few weeks ago, we sent a delegate along with several pounds of fresh, wild blackberries from our property to Penrose. After some pureeing, artful blending (by Penrose) and patience (on our part), we get to taste the fruit of our friendship in a very literal sense.

Single Vintage Spontaneous: Blackberries

This wild ale is a Coolship-innoculated wild ale has been fermented spontaneously without the use of lab yeast. The finished beer was then blended with wild-grown blackberries from behind our cabin.

We cannot wait to share this beer with you all!
