This Saturday, November 9th we are tapping several variants of Revolution’s Deth’s Tar Deep Wood Series. Enjoy in the tap room or around the fire in our beer garden!

DETH'S TAR

Witness the firepower of this fully operational Barrel-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout. Brewed with English specialty malts and the addition of flaked and malted oats to create a rich, chocolaty profile and silky mouthfeel that cloaks its considerable strength. The American oak barrels continue to build layers of complexity, reminiscent of vanilla, toasted coconut and caramel candy after aging this dark menace a full 12 months.

CAFÉ DETH

A weaponized quantity of freshly roasted whole bean coffee from Gaslight & Dark Matter coffee roasters imbues our Deth’s Tar Barrel-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout with assertive coffee aromatics without overshadowing the base beer on the palate. Pair with rich food or enjoy on its own. Keep cold. Enjoy now. We mean it.

DETH BY PLUMS

As written in mythology, immortals feasted upon plums to replenish their strength and vitality across the ages. We don’t know about all that, but they sure taste nice in our Barrel-aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout, Deth’s Tar. Tastefully sweet, subtly tart, and totally awesome, this riff on our flagship Deep Wood beer deftly combines flavors of dark stone fruit with those of a roasty, matured malt structure.

Every Day - Hero - Session India Pale Ale

A new hero has appeared on the scene - Every Day - Hero is a session IPA, brewed in Chicago with a low 4.3% ABV. A modern blend of hops, including Sabro, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Cascade bring smooth tropical flavor to your day routine.

NOTE: When the beer is gone, it’s gone. Plan accordingly. If the ground isn’t mushy, we will have extended parking available in the East and South lawns. Please to not park along Plank Road or at the fire station, they will tow you.
