This playfully explorative rendition of Ryeway to Heaven features, as the name suggests, American oak apple brandy barrels as opposed to the more familiar bourbon and rye whiskey examples. A slightly sweeter blend provides more room for malt-derived flavor development in-barrel, balancing the impact of a wondrously expressive spirit. 12.3% ABV
