Join Chef Joe Mosconi and Certified Cicerone Alan Moreno for an evening of delicious bites and perfect brews! Enjoy a slider and beer pairing event where each slider is thoughtfully matched with a beer to highlight its flavors.
Tickets are $55 per person
All seating is arranged at a long communal table. If seating preferences are not specified at checkout, guests will be placed with other attendees. *Gratuity is not included

Your ticket includes:

• Three sliders, each paired with a complementary beer and house made chips for the table.

  • Slider Menu:

    1) Le Truff’s Award Winning Smashburger

    Beef patty, American cheese, caramelized onions, pickle and garlic aioli on a brioche bun.

    2) The Shogun

    Beef patty topped with savory beef short rib, bahn mi vegetables, Asian herbs and spices, and aioli on a brioche bun.

    3) The Low & Slow

    Low and slow roasted pork loin slices, cherrywood smoked bacon jam, and crispy onions on a pretzel bun.
