We brewed a beer with Pollyanna Brewing Company!!!

Well, Stephen and Katie did.  We watched while sipping delicious Pollyanna beers.

While our collaborative effort is sitting in a lovely wine barrel until it's ready, the base beer, created by Chris at Pollyanna, is ready to go.  The Unpublished is a rustic blonde ale with lemon verbena, and it's one helluva porch drinker.

Meanwhile, Chicago Pizza Boss will be out back making you one of their awesome pizzas. Grab one, grab a beer, and take a seat for a great night at the tap room.
