Private Events
Our Elgin area cabin tap room and beer garden is the perfect outdoor setting for intimate private events up to 70 guests. We enjoy working with individuals and groups to create unique experiences. We are now booking private events for 2023.

Tap Room Rentals: No fee to use the tap room. A min tab is required. Max capacity is 26 seated.
Semi-Private outdoor event space rentals start at $1,000. (30 or less guests)
Full Private outdoor event space rentals start at $2,000 (31 or more guests)
Wedding rentals start at $7,500. Outdoor ceremony space is also available for rent for an additional cost.
*Plank Road Tap Room does not have a kitchen. All food catering services, floral/decor, and event planner costs are additional and coordinated by the client. All hired vendors must be approved and in contact with the venue coordinator within 60 days prior to the event date.
Full private property rentals are required for parties over 30 people. We are unable to accommodate parties over 70 at this time. Pricing is customized to your party size.
