Donation Requests

As a small business with limited resources, we’re unable to support every worthy cause. We only select a few organizations each year and take customer loyalty into consideration when making decisions. Even if all criteria are met, we may not be able to fulfill your request. This may include a description of the type of support you are looking for.

Donation Guidelines:

Requests must be submitted online using the form below. No walk-in, phone, email, social media, or mailed requests.

• Must be a 501(c)(3) located in Kane County.

• Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

• Approved donations must be picked up at the Tap Room on Wed/Thurs between 2–9 PM.

• Donations not picked up within two weeks of approval will be forfeited.

You will be notified via email if we can contribute.

We are unable to support:

• Non-501(c)(3) organizations

• Individual race fundraisers

• Religious groups

• For-profit organizations

• Politically affiliated organizations
