 Donation Requests

Since we opened our doors, the support from our community has been overwhelming. Supporting charitable organizations is a way for us to give back to the community that has given us so much. In our ten years, we have supported dozens of silent auctions, hosted several on-site events and donated product and time to countless other charities.

While we would love to contribute to every organization that is doing great work, the reality is we are a small business with limited resources. To have the greatest impact within our community, our donation committee will review your donation request to see if they meet our guidelines below. Even if you meet all the criteria, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Donation Guidelines:

  • All requests must be submitted online via the form below. Requests via snail mail, email, social media, phone or walk-in will not be accepted.

  • Requests must be made 30 days in advance of needing the actual donation(s). If the request is made with fewer than 30 days, it will not be considered.

  • Must have a 501(c)(3) status.

  • Charity must be located in Kane County.

  • You will be notified via email whether we can provide a donation.

  • All donations must be picked up at the Tap Room on Wednesday or Thursday between 2 –9pm.

  • You will have 2 weeks after confirmation of the accepted donation to pick it up or it will be forfeit.

Causes outside of our focus: 

  • organizations that are not registered as a 501c3

  • Individual fundraisers for races

  • church/religious groups

  • for-profit organizations

  • politically affiliated organizations

We try our best to respond to every donation request that comes through, but we are often unable to keep up with the volume of requests that come through on a weekly basis. We appreciate your support of our company and we will try our best to support your organization!
