Donation Requests

Since opening our doors, our community has shown us incredible support. Giving back through charitable donations is one way we say thank you. Over the past decade we’ve supported dozens of silent auctions, hosted on-site events, and donated product and time to many local organizations.

As a small business with limited resources, we’re unable to support every worthy cause. We only select a few organizations each year and take customer loyalty into consideration when making decisions. Even if all criteria are met, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Donation Guidelines:

Requests must be submitted online using the form below. No walk-in, phone, email, social media, or mailed requests.

Must be a 501(c)(3) located in Kane County.

Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

Approved donations must be picked up at the Tap Room on Wed/Thurs between 2–9 PM.

Donations not picked up within two weeks of approval will be forfeited.

You will be notified via email if we can contribute.

We are unable to support:

Non-501(c)(3) organizations

Individual race fundraisers

Religious groups

For-profit organizations

Politically affiliated organizations
