This Thursday, we're kicking off a brand new event series at the tap room.  Each week, we'll feature a special tapping and food truck, often including a suggested pairing.

Season one, episode one (S1E1) features one of our favorite beers, Firestone Walker's Bretta Weisse, a Berliner Weisse aged in 1,700-gallon French Oak horizontal foeders for 8 months.  Expect plenty of tartness with fruity esters and a dry, funky finish.

Mario's Cart will be filling our bellies out back, and we've chosen their ceviche tostada as our suggested pairing.  The tartness of Bretta Weisse should play very nicely with the citrus and seafood flavors from the ceviche.

These evenings will be flightless to keep things moving and conserve table space.

We'll kick off right when you're heading out of work at 5pm, so come in, grab a seat, and settle in for a flavorful ride.
