On Wednesday, March 11th, one of our most popular ticketed events is back...it's time to pair beer and cheese once again!
We're partnering with Preservation to feed you four exquisite cheeses, thoughtfully paired with four delicious beers.
The Cheese & Beer:
1. hidden springs / driftless / sheep’s milk / westby, wisconsin (fresh sheep's milk light and lemony with some grassy notes) Served with Tooth & Claw from Of Color Brewing
2. sweet grass / green hill / cow’s milk / thomasville, georgia (double cream buttery silky camembert style) Served with River Trip from Allagash Brewing
3. mt sterling / sharp cheddar / goat’s milk / mt. sterling, wisconsin (pretty clear here a cheddar but made with goat's milk instead of cow's, familiar but a little more of that goat cheese funk) Served with 60 Minute IPA from Dogfish Head Brewing
4. point reyes / bay bluecow’s milk / point reyes, california (a caramel creamy blue cheese) Served with Original Reaper from Half Acre Brewing
WEDNESDAY MARCH, 11th: We'll start the evening with a reception from 6m-7pm so that you can relax after work and settle in. Pairing will begin around 7pm. A Certified Cicerone will guide you through each pairing and why they were selected.
Tickets are $27 and include a flight of beers paired with four complimentary (or contrasting, the surprise is what's exciting) cheeses.
