What kind of craft beer bar doesn't throw self-aggrandizing birthday parties for one of the owners? Well, we're not above that and we're proving it on February 9th.

It's Alan's birthday party and all he wants is to clank a glass of world-class beer with the people. We've grabbed a keg of his favorite German Weißbier for the occassion.

Weihensstaphaner Hefe Weißbier is a perfectly balanced German wheat beer with lovely notes of clove and banana. Alan, however is an imperfectly balanced 43 year old. It's a tremendous Friday evening pairing.
