On Saturday 1/28, we're tapping a keg of Penrose's Double Barrel Caves!
This 13% imperial stout was aged in Illinois whiskey barrels for 11 months to pick up a warming heat and deep char flavors. The stout then rested for 22 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels to add a deep cocoa flavor and smooth complexity.
We'll also have Crocodile Boots Hazy IPA for you Southern Hemisphere hopheads out there.
